Why did I receive a “not enough shares” error?

If you have a pending order for a stock you'd like to sell, you may receive this message. If you receive it, you’ll need to cancel any outstanding orders before you can sell the shares.

To view your pending orders in your mobile app:

  1. Go to the Account page in the bottom right corner of your home screen;
  2. Tap History;
  3. Tap the order from the list of pending orders (in the top of the History screen);
  4. Tap Cancel Order in the bottom of your screen.
